WHAT’S INCLUDED

A complete household, specified once and delivered the same way every time.

Kitchen. Cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and the small items people discover they need on the second night.

Bedroom. Sheets, pillows, and blankets in the correct sizes for the household, not a generic set.

Bath. Towels, shower curtain and rings, bath mat, and starter personal care.

Clean and safe. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper goods, and basic safety items.

Ongoing. Monthly replenishment of consumables for programs that want the household supported past move-in, not just at it.

You approve the item list during scoping. It stays consistent across every delivery until you change it.

01 Scope

We build your specification around the households you serve and the sizes you actually see. You get the full item list before anything is ordered.

02 Request

Your staff send one short form: an identifier you choose, household size, bed sizes, address, and date. No names, no case notes, no client records.

03 Delivery

Goods arrive organized by room and ready for the family. We ship nationwide and deliver direct in our home markets, where short-notice move-ins are routine.

04 Record

You receive documentation of what was delivered, to which household, on what date and at what cost, formatted to go straight into your file.

We add direct-service markets where our partners need them. If your program is somewhere we do not yet drive, tell us. Where we go next is decided by who is ready.

Equal Supply came out of a rental portfolio supporting housing voucher-assisted families. We have stood in the empty unit on move-in day and paid for the missing pieces ourselves. We know what a bad first week costs a household and what it costs the staff supporting them.

That is why we hold a fixed specification, why we take single-household orders and why the delivery date is treated as a commitment rather than an estimate. It is how placements actually happen.

We are a supplier, not a program. We do not fundraise, we do not run a donation drive and we do not ask our customers to also be our beneficiaries. You get a vendor, an invoice and a delivery you can plan around.

When we serve a household in a property we own, the roles are documented separately, the goods belong to the resident and nothing about the delivery is tied to the tenancy.

  • Right now, in Detroit and Chicago we work to the date you give us, and short-notice move-ins are routine. Elsewhere, we confirm a delivery window with you at the time of order.

  • Yes. We ship nationwide and we are expanding direct service based on partner demand.

  • Per household, per package, quoted once we understand your household mix, volume, and delivery locations. Pricing is not tied to contract length.

  • Household goods are an allowable cost in many housing programs. The answer depends on your funding source and your agency's policies, and we format invoicing and documentation to support that determination.

  • An identifier you assign, household size, bed sizes, delivery address, and date. Nothing else. We can execute a data handling agreement if your organization requires one.

  • Yes. We scope it with you once, then hold it consistent so your team knows exactly what every household receives.
