Move-in essentials fulfillment for housing programs
Every household equipped. Every delivery documented.
Equal Supply provides standardized move-in essentials for organizations moving people into stable housing. We manage the approved specification, fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and exception record—so your staff can focus on the household instead of coordinating purchases.
The operational gap
Move-in day should not depend on a case manager’s shopping trip.
When essential goods are purchased one household at a time, staff lose hours to shopping, receipt collection, delivery coordination, and replacement requests. Product quality varies. Records go missing. Households may receive different items under the same program.
The problem is not a lack of places to buy household goods. The problem is the lack of one accountable system to get the right goods to the right household—and document completion.
Program staff become purchasers, drivers, assemblers, and receipt managers.
Contents, quality, cost, and delivery timing change from one household to the next.
A tracking number does not show whether the correct goods reached the household or whether an exception was resolved.
Finance and program teams have to connect orders, receipts, deliveries, and household files after the fact.
Equal Supply turns that fragmented process into a repeatable fulfillment workflow.
Move-in fulfillment
One approved specification. One accountable delivery process.
Your organization approves the household configuration before fulfillment begins. Equal Supply then holds that specification consistent across every order, manages delivery, documents completion, and records any approved substitution or exception.
Approved configurations for kitchen, bedroom, bath, cleaning, and basic household setup—organized around household size and bed requirements.
Your staff submit a short request containing only the information required to complete the delivery.
Every order is matched to an agreed specification, household identifier, service location, and delivery window.
Your team receives a record showing what was delivered, when it was completed, what it cost, and whether an exception required resolution.
You are not buying a collection of products. You are buying a completed, documented household fulfillment.
The essentials
A functional household from the first night forward.
Configurations are based on household size and approved program requirements. Final contents are documented before the first order is accepted.
Cookware, dinnerware, flatware, food-preparation tools, storage, and practical items needed to prepare and serve meals.
Sheets, pillows, blankets, and approved bedding essentials in the correct sizes for the household.
Towels, washcloths, shower curtain and rings, bath essentials, and starter personal-care items.
Cleaning tools, trash bags, paper goods, laundry basics, and other approved items needed to maintain the home.
A limited menu of child, household-size, bedding, accessibility, or program-specific additions can be incorporated during scoping.
Your organization approves the specification and acceptable equivalents in advance. If a substitution is required, it is documented in the household record.
The process
Simple for staff. Accountable from request through resolution.
We define the household configurations, product requirements, approved equivalents, service area, delivery expectations, and documentation your organization needs.
Your staff provide a customer-assigned household identifier, household size, bed sizes, delivery location, requested date, and necessary access instructions.
No case notes. No unnecessary participant information.Equal Supply assembles the approved configuration, performs quality control, and completes delivery within the confirmed service window.
Your team receives the household fulfillment record. If a delivery exception occurs, it is tracked through resolution instead of disappearing into an email chain.
One request in. One accountable record out.

Coverage
Local accountability where timing matters. National reach where consistency matters.
Direct delivery is available within defined service areas. Delivery timing is confirmed before an order is accepted, giving program teams a date or window they can plan around.
Equal Supply ships program orders nationwide. Lead time and delivery method are confirmed based on location, volume, specification, and required completion date.
We expand direct service when customer volume supports reliable operations—not simply to add another city to a map.
Confirm Service AvailabilityBuilt for accountability
A fulfillment partner—not another purchasing task.
Equal Supply was created after seeing what happens when a household receives keys to an empty unit and program staff are left to solve the rest manually.
We built the company around the requirements that matter operationally: consistent specifications, clear responsibilities, dependable fulfillment, minimum necessary data, household-level records, and exceptions that are resolved rather than ignored.
We do not require customers to participate in fundraising campaigns, volunteer events, or donation drives. Your organization receives a defined service, an invoice, and documentation of completion.
Equal Supply operates independently from any affiliated housing interests. Participation is never tied to tenancy. Private tenant information is not used for sales. Goods provided to a household belong to that household.
Dependable enough for operations. Documented enough for oversight. Human enough for move-in day.

The household is your responsibility. The fulfillment process is ours.
Start with proof
Test Equal Supply through a defined paid pilot.
A paid pilot gives your organization a controlled way to evaluate service quality before making a larger commitment. We agree on the specification, household volume, service area, delivery expectations, reporting requirements, and commercial decision date before fulfillment begins.
The purpose of the pilot is not simply to distribute goods. It is to determine whether Equal Supply should become a repeatable part of your move-in operation.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask before scoping.
What is the minimum order?
Single-household fulfillment may be available within our direct-service markets, subject to capacity and delivery location. Planned program volume generally produces better pricing and more predictable delivery.
How quickly can you deliver?
Timing depends on service location, household configuration, order volume, and current capacity. We confirm the delivery date or service window before accepting the order.
Do you serve organizations outside Detroit and Chicago?
Yes. We ship program orders nationwide. Direct delivery is currently limited to defined local service areas.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is quoted per household configuration and reflects the approved goods, fulfillment, delivery method, documentation, and standard exception handling. Nonstandard products or delivery requirements are priced separately.
Can we customize the package?
Your organization can select from approved configurations and add-ons. Customer-specific specifications may be available when order volume supports the additional procurement and quality-control requirements.
What happens when an item is unavailable?
Acceptable equivalents are approved during scoping. We do not make silent substitutions. Any substitution is recorded in the household fulfillment record.
What household information do you require?
We request a customer-assigned household identifier, household size, bed sizes, delivery location, requested date, and necessary access instructions. We do not require names, case notes, or eligibility records.
Can our program funding pay for this?
Allowability depends on your specific budget, funding rules, contract terms, and procurement policy. Equal Supply provides itemized specifications, invoices, and fulfillment documentation to support review by your finance, grants, procurement, or compliance team. Your organization remains responsible for determining allowability.
Do we have to sign a long-term agreement?
A paid pilot can be structured as a defined initial engagement. Any continuing relationship, pricing arrangement, reserved capacity, or service-level commitment is agreed upon separately.
